Alchesay RFS
This upgrade to a fish hatchery provides cleaner water through an improved filtration system. Work was largely focused on site prep, utilities, earthwork, and concrete, but that doesn’t mean the details were any less important than an interior finish.

Tonto Apache Gym
A public gym was in need of a bathroom update and improvements to the surrounding facilities. Design services were crucial, as was running a tight schedule, and Hynes Built was able to deliver on both.

Estrella Pediatrics
Full-gut tenant improvements are an incredible opportunity to see a space completely transform over a period of months. Estrella Pediatrics needed a total rework of acquired office space to fit their business goals, and HBC was there to take care of them start-to-finish.

Tonto Apache RV Office
Scheduling and phasing were paramount in helping the Tonto Apache Tribe determine their game plan for a new RV Office and associated facilities. With Phase One complete and the infrastructure in place, we are excited to tackle Phase Two and finish the remaining scope of work this year.

Williams Creek Dormitory
A new dormitory was necessary to support fish hatchery services in the northeast portion of Arizona. Hynes Built provided an excellent design/build experience on the front end, and our team went to work on the back end, delivering the project in a remote area far from the typical support services a large city offers.
