The team at Hynes Built Construction (HBC) has been hard at work to bring new features and content to our customers and online audiences. It’s incredibly important for us to always be on the lookout for ways in which HBC can improve how efficient we are in our jobs; both online and offline. Most of the world operates online and expects the availability and convenience of those tools.
Our IT Department is excited to announce a brand new “Web Portal” for all of our current and future clients. With new online tooling also brings a slew of new online content. HBC has officially launched their own YouTube channel which is dedicated to showcasing projects, educating about the construction industry, and providing a place for industry leaders to share insights.
Official YouTube Channel Launched
The Hynes Built Construction YouTube Page launched, and with it a handful of new video series. With two different series live now; “Project Walkthroughs” and “HBC Podcast”. Project Walkthroughs will consist of our previous/current customers wherein we document from start to finish the progress made until it’s finished. This segment will be published on a irregular schedule due to the nature of construction work.
Due to the irregular schedule of Project Walkthroughs we wanted to also produce content that was regularly posted but also educational for new professionals entering into the industry. This is where HBC Podcast episodes come in. HBC will be interviewing industry leaders and customers to share tribal knowledge and insights to the next generation of passionate builders.

New User Portal Launched
Knowing that our customers and their time are valuable, we wanted to develop a set of digital tools that would make the coordination process simple and efficient when starting and completing a project with us, so we created the HBC Web Portal.
The HBC Web Portal is a collection of digital tools to collaborate and communicate with our clients during the onboarding and building process. This dedicated portal allows our customers to log into a secure section of our domain where they can contact us directly via Direct Messaging, Pay Invoices, View event calendar with milestone dates for the project, Digitally upload content (NDAs, floor plans, etc.), and sign contracts.
This was an incredible accomplishment brought to our customers by our IT Department, with many more features to debut on the portal. This will include the ability to view a 24/7 live video feed of the job sight, and other rich-media features such as this.
